**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, supervise, and coordinate all activities of the housekeeping department.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance across all guest and public areas.
- Train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards, safety protocols, and health regulations.
- Manage departmental budgets, inventory, linen usage, and supply orders.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments such as front office and engineering for smooth operations.
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and service standards.
- Monitor staff performance, ensure proper grooming, and uphold service excellence.

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**:

- **Diploma or Bachelor's degree** in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum **3-5 years of managerial experience** in the housekeeping department of a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- **Proficiency in English** is required; knowledge of **Arabic** or additional languages is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges effectively.
