We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our prestigious hotel .

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in managing housekeeping teams and operations.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh for a Housekeeping Manager. The Housekeeping Manager will supervise and lead housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility. Responsibilities include managing daily cleaning activities, overseeing laundry operations, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, providing exceptional customer service, and managing staff recruitment and training. The role requires efficient delegation, performance monitoring, and upholding high standards of hygiene and service.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • The candidate must also be fluent in both Arabic and English and able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and delegating tasks effectively
  • Experience managing Laundry operations and ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to address and resolve guest concerns professionally
  • Exceptional Communication skills for coordinating with staff and other departments
  • Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
