**Position Title**: BIM Structural Engineer

**Overview**: A BIM Structural Engineer is responsible for utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and methodologies to develop and coordinate structural designs and documentation throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. They collaborate closely with architects, other engineers, and construction teams to ensure the structural integrity, efficiency, and safety of buildings and infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**BIM Modeling**: Develop detailed 3D structural models using BIM software (such as Revit, Tekla Structures, or similar tools) based on architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.

**Structural Analysis**: Conduct structural analysis and simulations to ensure designs meet building codes, standards, and safety requirements. This may involve assessing loads, stresses, and deflections under various conditions.

**Coordination**: Collaborate with architects, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural designs seamlessly within the overall building design, ensuring clash-free coordination.

**Documentation**: Prepare detailed construction drawings, plans, and specifications derived from BIM models for use by construction teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

**Quality Assurance**: Perform quality checks on BIM models and documentation to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, codes, and standards.
- Experience with structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, or similar).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
