We are currently looking for a dynamic and talented individual to join our esteemed client, a leading design consultancy specialising in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. As a Senior BIM Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and excellence in Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage BIM projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with project teams to implement BIM workflows and standards.
- Ensure the effective use of BIM tools and technologies in design and construction processes.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM models and databases.
- Provide training and support to project teams on BIM-related processes.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in a Senior BIM Manager role.
- Expertise in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards and protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Location: Kuwait

**Salary**: Up to 3000 KWD (£90,000)
