In MENA, we grow through strong distributor partnerships and high-impact consumer activations. With rising awareness and retail expansion in the Gulf, we are investing further in on-the-ground content creation, local community building, and platform-native storytelling across TikTok and Instagram.

**About the role**:
We are looking for a **Social Media & Content Coordinator based in Riyadh** to support the growth of Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells in **Saudi Arabia.**

This is a hands-on, content-focused role where you will create, coordinate, and publish social media content — bringing our brands to life across TikTok, Reels, and Instagram. You will work closely with our Saudi distributor, ensuring strong local presence and brand expression across key channels and communities.

The position will be employed through a local employer of record (EOR) solution, or an equivalent compliant setup in Saudi Arabia, but will be fully dedicated to Vitamin Well Group. You will work closely with our APAC/MENA hub in Singapore and the Global Social team in Stockholm.

**In short, your responsibilities will be**:

- Plan and produce engaging short-form content for TikTok and Reels (filming, editing, posting)
- Coordinate with local creators, athletes, and ambassadors to capture authentic content
- Adapt trending formats into brand-relevant videos and stories
- Support local activations and events, capturing live content and behind-the-scenes moments
- Maintain a content calendar and align with both distributor activities and global brand guidelines
- Manage digital assets, post scheduling, and basic performance tracking (reach, engagement, etc.)

**Who you are**:
You are a creative, energetic, and digitally fluent communicator who loves bringing brands to life through social media. You understand what resonates locally, know your way around TikTok, Reels and Instagram, and enjoy working at the intersection of sport, lifestyle, and content creation.

You are organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects — from planning a content shoot to capturing an activation in real time.

**Essential skills to succeed**:

- 1-3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing coordination
- Genuine interest in fitness, sport, and active lifestyles
- Proven ability to film and edit short-form video content (CapCut or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends and visual storytelling
- Experience collaborating with creators, athletes, or community partners
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
- Organised and reliable, with strong attention to detail and deadlines

This position is based in Riyadh, requiring local work eligibility (citizen, resident, or valid work permit).
