**Job Description** About the Role**

As the **Director of Security** at Faena The Red Sea, you will be the guardian of safety and wellbeing within a luxurious, wellness-driven resort environment. Leading a dedicated security team, you will implement comprehensive safety strategies to protect our guests, employees, and property while supporting our brand’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for a **Saudi national**, who understands the local culture and regulations, ensuring security measures are both effective and culturally aligned, preserving the tranquil and exclusive atmosphere our guests expect.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage all aspects of resort security operations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and assets.
- Develop, implement, and update security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans in alignment with brand standards, local regulations, and cultural expectations.
- Train and supervise the security team to maintain high standards of vigilance, professionalism, and guest-centric service.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and threat analyses to identify vulnerabilities and proactively mitigate risks.
- Coordinate closely with local law enforcement, emergency services, and internal teams to ensure effective response to incidents.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of security technologies, including surveillance systems and access controls.
- Monitor compliance with safety standards and ensure accurate incident reporting and documentation.
- Manage security budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with leadership to integrate security practices that enhance, rather than disrupt, the luxury wellness guest experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends, security innovations, and regulatory changes to continuously improve safety protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Saudi National with a strong passion for delivering luxury hospitality and impeccable guest experiences.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security management, including at least 3 years in a Director-level role, preferably within luxury or lifestyle hotel environments.
- Proven track record in global work settings; pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
- Deep expertise in security management systems, crisis response, and emergency protocols.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in building, training, and inspiring high-performing security teams.
- Thorough understanding of hospitality-specific security challenges covering guest safety, staff security, and property protection.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Composed and effective under pressure; skilled in conflict resolution with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Strong knowledge of local laws, regulations, and security standards.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times.
