Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist - Accounts Payable to join our innovative finance team. As a Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the payment processes for our extensive vendor network, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while adhering to internal and regulatory compliance standards.

Your role will involve supervising all aspects of accounts payable, from invoice processing to payment reconciliation, and providing support for financial reporting efforts. You will also work closely with other departments to facilitate seamless operations and maintain positive vendor relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire accounts payable function, including invoice validation, data entry, approval workflows, and payment processing.
- Ensure the accuracy of all payable transactions and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Maintain thorough documentation and records for all accounts payable activities.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a proactive and timely manner.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare relevant reports for financial analysis.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to streamline accounts payable processes.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and insights.
- Mentor and train junior staff in the accounts payable team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 4-6 years of significant experience in accounts payable or related financial roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, along with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet project deadlines.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in a large organization, is preferred.
