Job Description:
**NOTE: It's Part-time Self employed on demand position 110$ PER DAY RATES**

Key Responsibilities:
User Support: Provide prompt and effective support to end-users for hardware and software issues, via remote assistance, phone, or in person.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and related systems.
System Maintenance: Ensure the proper functionality of desktops and laptops by performing regular updates, patches, and upgrades.
Security: Assist in maintaining network security, ensuring that antivirus, anti-malware, and firewall solutions are up-to-date and operational.
Asset Management: Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets, including tracking and managing device assignments.
Network Connectivity: Troubleshoot network issues related to local area networks (LANs), wireless connections, and VPNs.
Documentation: Record and track issues and solutions in the ticketing system, creating knowledge base articles to assist users in resolving common issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and ensure efficient IT operations across the organization.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in IT desktop support or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems and software.
Familiarity with hardware components (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.) and peripheral devices.
Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience in a desktop support or helpdesk role is preferred.
Work Environment:
On-site support in a corporate or office environment, with the potential for remote work as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ﷼390.00 - ﷼415.00 per day
