You will play a crucial role in the implementation phase, transforming our ambitious plans into tangible outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide oversight and support on all Implementation Planning aspects in order to ensure successful delivery of the approved Integrated Development Schedule & Implementation Plan aligned to the Qiddiya City Framework Plan.
- Delivery of the Inegrated Development Schedule & Implementation Plans for City & District Asset development & delivery to ensure completion of projects within budget, timeline and desired quality standards.
- Responsible for the development of the Business Functions, City and District Integrated Development Schedule programs and Implementation Plans.
- Coordinate change control against approved Integrated Development Schedule & Implementation Plan baseline.
- Deliver the District conformity reviews (50% / 100%) with respect to implementation requirements.
- Lead the production of monthly implementation reports and dashboards for executive level reporting.
- Coordinate of the interfaces and interdependencies between City and District teams within the Integrated Development Schedule and Implementation Plans.
- Participate in key client reviews and meetings as required.
- Prepare, update, and implement department policies and procedures along with work practices as required.
- Support City /District / Business functions with development of their implementation responsibilities.
- Support the executive team as and when required with critical information presentation and reports.
- Manage a team of internal resources and external consultants. Complete annual staff performance reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on implementation within the construction or development sector.
- Proven experience leading complex projects and managing multifaceted teams.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
