Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Cloud Kitchen Operations:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of existing cloud kitchens.
- Ensure kitchen efficiency, order accuracy, and high service standards.
- Manage kitchen staff schedules, training, and performance monitoring.
- Implement SOPs for food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- New Store Openings:

- Lead the setup and launch of new cloud kitchens and physical storefronts.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee fit-out, equipment installation, and pre-opening checklists.
- Ensure smooth handover from project to operations.
- Logistics & Supply Chain Management:

- Coordinate with suppliers for timely inventory replenishment.
- Monitor stock levels and control wastage.
- Optimize supply chain to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Team Management:

- Hire, train, and manage kitchen staff and shift supervisors.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and skills assessments.
- Maintain a strong culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Quality Control & Compliance:

- Ensure all kitchens meet local health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular audits for quality and compliance.
- Address operational issues swiftly and efficiently.
- Reporting & Analytics:

- Generate weekly and monthly reports on kitchen performance, sales, and cost control.
- Monitor KPIs including order accuracy, delivery times, and kitchen efficiency.
- Report directly to the CEO on operational progress and new store timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud kitchen operations and store openings.
- Proven experience in launching new kitchen locations.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and operational SOPs.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and POS platforms.

Pay: From ﷼9,000.00 per month
