**Summary**

To maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of **support equipment** used in utility operations, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and reliability of systems that support HVAC, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure.

**1. Key Responsibilities**
- Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on support equipment such as air compressors, pumps, generators, control panels, and backup systems.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Monitor operational parameters and ensure equipment is functioning within specified limits.
- Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Ensure all work complies with **health, safety, and environmental regulations**.
- Participate in **risk assessments** and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the **installation and commissioning** of new support equipment.
- Coordinate with other technicians and engineers to ensure seamless utility operations.

**2. Skills**:

- Mechanical and electrical systems related to utility support equipment.
- Safety standards and maintenance protocols in industrial environments.

- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- **Abilities**:

- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Respond quickly to equipment failures and emergencies.

**3. Qualifications**
- Technical diploma or certification in **Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance**.
- 3+ years of experience in utility or industrial equipment maintenance.
- Familiarity with **CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)** is a plus.

Pay: ﷼1,300.00 - ﷼1,500.00 per month
