Riyadh, Saudi Arabia IDS Consltant co. Full time

Track and analyze project expenditures, progress, and performance against the baseline budget.

Evaluate cost impacts of design changes, claims, and variations; provide recommendations for cost mitigation.

Coordinate with planning and procurement teams to ensure alignment of cost and schedule data.

Support the preparation and review of cost estimates and bid evaluations.

Monitor cash flows, committed costs, and anticipated final costs to ensure project financial health.

Identify trends and areas of concern, recommending corrective actions as needed.

Shape

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

Proficiency in cost control software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Excel, ERP systems).

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Knowledge of earned value management (EVM), budgeting techniques, and project financial tracking.

License/Certification:
