ole description:

- eading the commercial management function on a major multi - billion $ mixed-use building development scheme from inception to completion.

- anaging delivery of the overall commission for Arcadis, including leading the Arcadis team

- eveloping an excellent working relationship with the client and the whole project team to work together and successfully deliver the project

ole accountabilities:

- roviding management of Commercial team on the project.

- esponsible for all commercial requirements relating to the project.

- roviding direction and management of project commercial resources (internal and external).

- erform work in accordance with the agreed project brief, company procedures and the stated governance requirements.

- nsuring commercial risk and opportunities are proactively managed.

- aintain client satisfaction.

- ffective management and reporting of project performance.

- anage the change process.
E
- ffectively handle claims, claims mitigation and dispute resolution.
E
- valuate suppliers, consultants and contractors invoices.
E
- stablish and monitor and agreed package budgets.

- ontribute to the creation and maintain an effective project cost.

- anagement of contracts and costs.

- ndorse/substantiate contractors’ payments.

- nsure timely valuation of contractors/consultants invoices.

- rovide cash flow analysis identifying risks and mitigation.

- repare cost outturn forecasts and claim assessments.

- hange control of all contract documentation.

- nsure timely completion of final accounts.
Q
ualifications & Experience:

- achelor of Science in Quantity Surveying / Bachelor in Civil Engineering.
M
- ember of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
A
- t least 15 years of experience required.

- xtensive experience of commercially leading major Building programmes of work as part of the PMC team

- roven track record of working on major programmes of work from inception to completion.

- luency in both oral written and oral English.

- igh level of IT literacy.
