DESCRIPTION We are looking for people with the following:
- A good degree or certification in a related discipline (architecture, BIM, etc.)

- 2+ years’ proven experience in Revit modeling

- Good English language communication skills and collaborative approach

- Good knowledge of AutoCAD is a bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Report to the BIM Lead and Director — Create precise 3D BIM models.

- Understand and implement BIM architectural shop drawings.

- Develop BIM architectural details and shop drawings from the BIM model.

- Annotate and dimension details on drawings as per company standards.

- Develop plans, sections, elevations, and details from the 3D BIM model.

- Take ownership of modeling, drawings, and documentation production process

- Develop details and drawings from conceptual ideas and engineer’s sketches.

- Review model and drawings to ensure compliance with design.

- Highlight potential problems and look for a solution.

- Interact with engineers, architects, and clients to coordinate BIM modeling and drawings.

- Create 3D views or renders for project use or marketing purposes.
