As the Integrated Marketing Manager for SMEs, you will play a pivotal role in driving Lucidya's growth by developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs and challenges of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMBs).
You will be responsible for creating and implementing targeted marketing campaigns that effectively reach and engage SMBs in pre-defined markets and verticals.
This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS marketing landscape. You will collaborate closely with various teams within Lucidya to ensure alignment and maximize marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Design and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with Lucidya’s overall business goals and resonate with SMB audiences.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within SMB sectors, ensuring that strategies are data-driven and relevant.
- Develop customer personas based on market insights to guide campaign creation and messaging.
Campaign Execution:
- Work with content team to develop compelling and relevant content (blog posts, case studies, videos) that addresses the specific pain points and needs of SMBs, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for various campaign elements to optimize performance.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment on goals and messaging and to facilitate smooth execution of campaigns.
- Act as the marketing lead for specific initiatives, coordinating with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Work with Marketing Ops to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Utilize analytics tools to track engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed based on performance data.
Hands-On Implementation:
- Manage day-to-day marketing activities, including scheduling content releases, overseeing social media management, and coordinating promotional events or webinars with events marketing manager.
- Work with the content team to develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with marketing initiatives and key industry events for SMBs, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Budget Management:
- Oversee the marketing budget for SMB initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and effective cost management.
- Evaluate and report on the financial performance of campaigns, adjusting tactics as necessary to optimize return on investment.
Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing within the B2B SaaS space.
- Strong understanding of the SMB landscape, including their unique challenges and needs is a must.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience creating a wide range of marketing collateral. Arabic is a Plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Preferably HubSpot) and campaign management tools.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns targeting MENA-based SMBs.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics) is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
