**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Management**: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to ensure financial stability and compliance.
- **Reporting**: Generate detailed financial reports and analyses for management and stakeholders to support strategic planning.
- **Cost Control**: Develop and implement cost control measures to enhance financial performance and profitability.
- **Audit Coordination**: Liaise with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits and compliance with regulations.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
- **Policy Development**: Establish and enforce financial policies and procedures to enhance financial integrity and compliance.
- **Risk Management**: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them while maximizing financial performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in financial management, preferably in the marketing or events industry.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
