We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Facilities Lead** to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all accommodation facilities, providing a safe, well-maintained, and comfortable environment for residents and staff. The Facilities Lead will oversee maintenance, repair, and operational activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Oversight**:

- Manage day-to-day facility operations for all accommodation properties.
- Ensure timely maintenance and repairs, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, security, and operational efficiency.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and develop a facilities team, providing training and performance management.
- Collaborate with other departments to align facilities operations with company objectives.
- **Maintenance and Safety**:

- Oversee the preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime and extend the life of equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure all facilities are in optimal condition.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Source and manage contracts with external service providers for maintenance, security, and cleaning.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all facilities-related inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate with residents, staff, and external partners to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance logs, and safety reports.
- Provide regular reports on facility conditions, maintenance schedules, and operational budgets.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role, preferably in accommodation or property management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing facilities.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Budget management experience with a focus on cost control and efficiency.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with facilities management software and general office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
