As part of our ongoing recruitment process, we are building a CV pool for future opportunities in the Food & Beverage Operations department at Six Flags Qiddiya City.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage overall operations and ensure smooth functioning of food and beverage outlets
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food and beverage operations
- Supervise and train staff on customer service, food handling, and safety protocols
- Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
- Assist in menu planning and pricing strategies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, with a strong background in operations management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
