**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure the club's adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations and ensure the club's compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
- Investigate any reported or suspected violations of compliance and take appropriate action.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory agencies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies and industry associations.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the club's compliance program.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sports industry.
- Strong knowledge of corporate compliance laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and compliance software.
- Professional certification in compliance, such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:
