A leading construction contracting company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with an excellent track record in delivering diverse and complex projects across various sectors. With a commitment to quality, innovation, and client satisfaction are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Facilities Management to lead and oversee our facilities management division. The Head of Facilities Management will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive facilities management strategies, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our built assets, and delivering exceptional services to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Facilities Management Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive facilities management strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost optimization while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of facilities management professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the division, ensuring that the team remains motivated and driven to achieve excellence.
- **Asset Maintenance**: Establish and oversee preventive maintenance programs for all company-owned facilities and assets. Ensure that maintenance activities are performed in a timely and efficient manner to prolong the lifespan and performance of our assets.
- **Vendor Management**: Develop and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to secure competitive contracts for facility maintenance and management services. Monitor vendor performance and compliance with agreed-upon service level agreements.
- **Budgeting and Cost Control**: Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the facilities management budget. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality or safety standards.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all facilities comply with health and safety regulations and industry best practices. Implement safety protocols and risk assessment procedures to safeguard the well-being of occupants and visitors.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality assurance programs to maintain the highest level of service delivery. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly to meet and exceed client expectations.
- **Sustainability Initiatives**: Champion sustainability initiatives and green practices within the facilities management division. Integrate environmentally responsible approaches to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of our facilities.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate and organized records of facility management activities, including maintenance schedules, equipment inventories, and inspection reports. Provide regular reports to senior management on the division's performance and achievements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 15 years) in facilities management, including 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of facilities management principles, practices, and regulations, with a specific focus on construction-related facilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of effectively managing and developing teams.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and sustainability practices relevant to the construction industry.
