- This position will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia under the Rare Disease Business Unit department. You will directly report to the Sr. Rare Disease Director.

**The Position**
- As a Rare Disease Senior Product Manager, you will be developing overall marketing strategies and tactical plans for the Haemophilia & Rare blood disorder market. In addition, you will be managing the product life cycle, and drive execution of marketing strategies.
- Your main accountabilities will be:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for existing products and new product launches, including in-depth market analysis, and effective market research activities.
- Develop promotional campaigns & marketing activities for Rare disease portfolio to establish a strong brand presence among healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product positioning and market penetration.
- Conduct fieldwork for insight into activity/strategy implementation. Field communication, feedback and roll out of strategy.

**Qualifications**
- As a Rare Disease Senior Product Manager, you need to have a good understanding of the Saudi market. Nevertheless, you will be collaborating with our colleagues in Sales, Medical, and Market Access to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing plans, and promotional campaigns.
- To be successful in this role:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharma or Medical degree; Postgraduate or master’s degree in marketing is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing within the pharma industry in a multinational organization
- good understanding of the Saudi market and having in-depth analysis for market dynamics.
- Experience in Haematology, Oncology, or Rare Diseases is a huge plus
- Solid knowledge of delivering business objectives in alignment with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in English and Arabic language is a must

Rare Disease Portfolio is divided into the Rare Endocrine Disorders and the Rare Blood Disorders. We aspire to launch innovative medications for patients who live with Haemophilia in the future.
