**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning**: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer orders and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements, including safety and environmental regulations.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously assess production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
- **Product Development**: Collaborate with the R&D team to contribute to the development of new products and the enhancement of existing products, ensuring that manufacturing processes are aligned with product design and performance specifications.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage, train, and motivate the production team to achieve production targets while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- **Resource Management**: Oversee the procurement and maintenance of equipment, raw materials, and other resources necessary for production.
- **Health & Safety**: Ensure that all production activities comply with health and safety regulations and that the team is trained on safety protocols.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the production budget, including labor, materials, and operational expenses, to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the chemical manufacturing industry, with a focus on hygiene and cosmetic products.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with safety, health, and environmental regulations related to chemical production.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in Lean Manufacturing or other process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with the HORECA segment and its specific requirements.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory standards and compliance.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,500.00 per month
