In this key executive role, you will oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations within our hospitality sector, ensuring that our offerings exceed guest expectations and embody the high standards synonymous with Qiddiya.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the food and beverage strategy that aligns with the overall hospitality vision and enhances guest experience.
- Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of innovative F&B concepts and menus that reflect local culture and international trends.
- Ensure all food and beverage outlets operate efficiently, maintaining quality control and adherence to company standards.
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing revenue generation across all F&B outlets.
- Foster a culture of excellence and team collaboration, ensuring strong leadership across the food and beverage departments.
- Establish strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality sourcing of ingredients and food items.
- Monitor industry trends and consumer preferences to adapt offerings and maintain competitiveness in the market.
- Implement compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring safe dining experiences for guests.
- Lead and coordinate special events and promotions that enhance customer engagement and drive traffic to F&B outlets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in food and beverage management within the hospitality industry, with a focus on high-volume or luxury venues.
- Proven track record in developing successful F&B concepts and strategies that drive guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with team members, suppliers, and guests.
- Strong understanding of culinary trends, food safety regulations, and operational best practices.
- Creative mindset with a passion for food, beverage, and hospitality excellence.
