Qiddiya Investment Company is dedicated to shaping a new landscape of entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia, and we are currently seeking a Senior Manager Project F&B (Food & Beverage) to support our transformative initiatives. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving innovative food and beverage projects that enhance the guest experience within Qiddiya's various offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, development, and execution of food and beverage projects aligned with Qiddiya's strategic vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish clear project objectives, scope, and timelines.
- Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
- Oversee the selection and management of vendors and contractors related to F&B projects.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and quality assurance policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, guest preferences, and competitive offerings in the F&B sector.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to secure support and alignment on F&B initiatives.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
- Support the development of F&B product offerings that align with Qiddiya's brand identity and guest experience goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence in the development and execution of F&B projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 9-12 years of Relative experience in project management within the food and beverage sector (Middle East / GCC).
- Proven track record in successfully delivering F&B projects from concept to execution.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
