Job Description:
As a Quality Control Coordinator specializing in finishes and coating, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and quality control related to Fabrication and the finishes and coating applied to stainless steel products. You will work closely with production teams, suppliers, and external inspectors to maintain the integrity of our fabrication, finishes and coating processes and deliver products that meet the highest standards of quality and durability.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for fabrication, finishes and coating processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and client specifications.

Conduct inspections of incoming materials, including stainless steel materials, finishes, and coating materials, to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Monitor and evaluate fabrication, finishes and coating processes throughout production, conducting visual inspections, measurements, and tests to identify defects or irregularities.

Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.

Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports, to track and analyze trends and performance.

Coordinate with external inspectors and third-party testing laboratories to perform specialized tests and certifications as required by clients or regulatory agencies.

Provide technical support and training to production personnel on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices related to finishes and coating processes.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize fabrication, finishes and coating processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency and productivity.

Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to evaluate new finishes and coating materials, conduct trials, and qualify suppliers based on quality and performance criteria.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures, promoting a culture of safety awareness and adherence across the quality control team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or inspection roles, preferably in the stainless steel fabrication industry with a focus on finishes and coating.

Familiarity with relevant industry standards and specifications for finishes and coating materials (e.g., ASTM, ISO).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and test results.

Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity in finishes and coating processes.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in quality control tools and techniques, including visual inspection, measurement instruments, and statistical analysis.

Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and experience with quality audits is preferred.

Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is preferred.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to supplier sites or client locations as needed.
