Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Quality Control Supervisor. The Quality Control Supervisor will oversee day-to-day quality control operations, ensuring that products meet established standards of quality. Tasks include supervising quality control staff, conducting assessments, maintaining laboratory equipment, and implementing quality assurance protocols. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues in the production process to ensure continuous high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily quality standards in food production and service.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections and staff training on quality procedures.
  • Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports, especially after each event.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
