Operation Analyst **Company**: Guy Carpenter **Description**: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support our partners in a dynamic multinational consulting environment. This position will be based in our office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, we want to hear from you **We will count on you to**: - Collect and input data into the billing system related to treaty operations on a quarterly basis. - Perform administrative tasks associated with reinsurance processes. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of treaty data. - Maintain organized records and documentation for all treaty operations activities. **What you need to have**: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management or any relevant field. - 1-3 years of experience within an insurance company, specifically in treaty operations. - Strong knowledge of reinsurance, including terms such as proportional treaty - Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills. **What makes you stand out**: - Familiarity with billing systems and data management tools. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
