SNC Lavalin Group is looking for an experienced **Senior Manager Assets and Maintenance TFM **to join one of their exciting projects in Riyadh, KSA.

Total Facilities Management department will consist of specialists including but not limited to FM Experts, Asset & Maintenance specialists (TFM/AVM/AFC/Depots/Buses/EAM Specialists), Warehouse & Procurement Inspectors and Engineers). They will be reporting to Sr. Manager - Asset and Maintenance. Help Desk Team also comes under this department.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- The Senior Manager Asset and Maintenance will manage a team of asset managers and experts to oversee the Contractors who will be performing the Maintenance activities.
- Ensures all periodic maintenance are carried out as per the agreed process and procedures as defined in maintenance schedule.
- He will ensure that all inspections and audits of the Contractors are performed such that the Bus and ITS assets are kept at the highest standard of safety and reliability.
- Responsible for measuring Contractor’s performance, must be capable of evaluating and correcting performance where and when required.
- He will oversee the Contractors’ mobilization including sub-contractors
- He will review and validate the Contractors’ submissions, asset and maintenance plans, procedures, instructions.
- Oversees the coordination of the Operator with the ITS Contractors.
- Responsible for monitoring, auditing and reporting of the KPI regime and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- He will support any training requirement for freshers during this project.

**Qualification and Education Requirements**
- University Degree
- Finance related certification/qualification/training/membership would be a plus

**Preferred Skills**
- Minimum of 12 years’ senior technical and management experience.
- Must be able to advise on the asset management strategy.
- Experience managing multiple contractors on a single project.
- Previous experience and knowledge on creating asset maintenance plans, procedures, instructions
- Capability to produce professional reporting to the Project Director and Contract Administration Team. Periodic professional
- Exposure to Performance regime and fine tuning
- Experience working on large transportation O&M projects managing vehicles, ITS assets and/or TFM on Transportation projects.
