**Job Title**: Risk Assessment Specialist - Transmission Projects
**Location**: Jizan

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Risk Identification**: Identify potential risks related to transmission projects, including technical, operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
- **Risk Analysis**: Conduct detailed risk assessments using qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate the likelihood and impact of identified risks.
- **Risk Mitigation**: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of identified risks on project timelines, costs, and performance.
- **Risk Monitoring**: Continuously monitor project activities to detect emerging risks and ensure that mitigation strategies are effectively applied.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all risk management activities comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project risks and mitigation plans.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular risk assessment reports to senior management, highlighting key risks, mitigation strategies, and the overall risk profile of transmission projects.
- **Training and Mentoring**: Provide training and mentoring to junior staff on risk assessment methodologies and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMI-RMP, CERA) is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of experience in transmission projects, with at least 5 years focused on risk assessment. Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: ﷼19,000.00 - ﷼22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jizan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
