**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with stakeholders to determine GIS project requirements
- Develop and maintain GIS workflows, standards, QA/QC procedures, and documentation
- Manage and supervise the GIS staff to deliver customer service that meets or exceeds established expectations
- Lead the GIS project team in preparing project management plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resources
- Ensure the accuracy and validity of spatial data used in the GIS system
- Conduct GIS training sessions for end-users, create training material, and user manuals

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geography, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in GIS-related projects
- Strong knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS software, SQL, and Python scripting
- Demonstrated experience with GIS project management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
