**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for household plastic products in the B2B segment.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products and promotions tailored to B2B customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in B2B sales, preferably in the household plastic products industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team towards achieving goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Sound understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
