REQ ID 95726 POSTED Aug 11, 2025 FUNCTION Sales LOCATION Jeddah, 02, SA, 0000 As our Sales Supervisor, you are responsible for sales growth, team leadership, and execution. You will manage Coty’s day-to-day retail operations and sell-out performance across key stores in Saudi Arabia’s Central Region. You will lead a team of Beauty Advisors, foster strong retail partnerships, and ensure flawless in-store execution that drives sell-out and market share. **Your main focus**: Drive commercial performance Execute sales strategies to meet sell-out and market share targets Build strong relationships with store managers and retail staff Ensure store fundamentals are achieved (visibility, availability, aging stock, etc.) Monitor performance against KPIs and take corrective action where needed Lead monthly market assessments and store visits Lead & develop the BA team Manage, coach, and motivate Beauty Advisors to perform at their best Track and evaluate individual BA performance and development needs Inspire brand passion and product knowledge among the team Support BAs with training and in-store guidance Ensure team alignment on targets and responsibilities Analyze and report performance Report regularly on sell-out results, competitor activities, and BA performance Identify sales gaps and recommend action plans to achieve targets Prepare presentations and support business reviews with data insights Leverage analytics to optimize promotional activity and retail execution Use market intelligence to guide local decisions Execute in-store excellence Monitor merchandising standards and ensure consistent brand visibility Oversee retail activations and seasonal campaigns Ensure adequate stock levels, rotation, and availability in-store Coordinate with supply chain to minimize out-of-stocks Conduct regular field visits to audit execution Collaborate cross-functionally Work closely with Marketing, Demand Planning, Commercial and HR teams Align on BA staffing, stock flow, visual merchandising, and training initiatives Share local market insights with broader teams Contribute to cross-market learning and initiatives Ensure timely communication and coordination with internal stakeholders Working for Coty means working in a fast-moving, inspiring environment where fearless kindness and ownership are celebrated. As an experienced Sales Supervisor, you thrive on building relationships, managing store execution, and making quick, data-driven decisions.
