**Role Summary**:
The Pricing Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining pricing to ensure competitiveness and profitability. This role involves analysing market trends, coordinating pricing, and collaborating with various departments to optimize pricing structures. The Pricing Specialist ensures accurate and up-to-date pricing information is available for internal teams and external customers.**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain pricing strategies in alignment with company goals.
- Source rates from origins and carriers (Air & Sea)
- Monitor market trends, and industry standards to recommend pricing adjustments.
- Collaborate with Project teams to establish effective pricing structures.
- Update and manage pricing data within internal systems, ensuring accuracy.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations on pricing.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing.
- Ensure pricing compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Respond to pricing inquiries from internal teams and customers.
- Identify opportunities for margin improvement and cost efficiencies.**Educational Qualifications & Certifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in pricing, data analysis, or planning preferred.
- Experience with pricing software or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
- Understanding of cost structures and profitability analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.**Competencies**
