The Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Analyst is fully responsible for:

- Supporting the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process
- Analyzing actuals against budget/ forecast and prior year
- Developing Financial Models Perform adhoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making

**Responsibilities and Duties
- Create different financial models via process analysis and bench-marking techniques
- Forecast quarterly and yearly profit
- Prepare cost projections
- Conduct thorough research of historical financial data
- Examine and report on the prevailing financial status
- Conduct financial planning analysis and report everything in a timely manner
- Explore viable investment options and present the best opportunities and associated risks
- Compare actual and projected results and identify areas that require improvements
- Participate in budgeting and business plan
- Coordinate with the executive team on long-term financial planning
- Frequent contact with the affiliates Finance Team, to consolidate all financial statements and cash flows (management accounting)
- Co-ordination with Commercial team (Marketing) to gather and re-affirm market trends and insights to feed strategy refresh process
- Co-ordination with all other SBU teams (Commercial, Logistics, Metal Planning, Business Development, Strategy)
- Frequent contacts with the Management, Board members and other executives from across the Ma’aden Aluminium ecosystem to coordinate strategic planning activities and to provide information for and advice on market assessments and strategic development issues

**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:

- Proven 5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Financial Planner or a similar role
- Experience with MS Excel based financial modelling
- Relevant certifications like CPA/CFA is a plus
- Exceptional financial forecasting skills
- Excellent communication skills You have excellent analytical skills as well as a strong business acumen.
- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English
