**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and monitor IT systems using **RMM tools** (ManageEngine, SolarWinds, Acronis, etc.).
- Create and maintain **automation scripts** using PowerShell (and other scripting languages).
- Collaborate with senior engineers on **server, network, and security projects**.
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and support processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT incidents within SLAs.

**Required Skills & Knowledge**
- Understanding of **RMM tools** (ManageEngine, SolarWinds, Acronis).
- Strong interest and/or hands-on knowledge in **scripting and automation** (PowerShell required, Python/Bash a plus).
- Familiarity with **backup solutions** such as **Veeam, Commvault, Acronis**.
- Good grasp of **server and desktop support** (Windows Server, Active Directory, group policies, etc.).
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- **0-3 years of IT experience** (internships, freelance projects, or labs are acceptable).
- Relevant certifications (MCSA, CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Veeam Certified, etc.) will be an advantage.
