Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing customer accounts, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up on sales leads.
  • Track sales performance metrics and generate reports for management.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of sales campaigns and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales orders, contracts, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.

  • Experience in B2B sales environments.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting tools.
