**Responsibilities**
- Driving the company's financial planning.
- Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s investments.
- Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.
- Ensure compliance with the law and the company’s policies.
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
- Managing and maintaining the comprehensive insurance program on the properties of the group companies and ensuring that appropriate coverage is achieved for all types of risk.
- Develop contingency plans for crisis management by evaluating current policies and procedures to find weaknesses
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
- Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and executive management team members.

**Qualifications**
- Master's degree in financial management
- At least 15 years of experience as a group financial manager in an industrial joint stock company
- Experience in investment operations, feasibility studies, offering and acquisitions
- Experience in compliance and oversight of the company’s compliance business
- Experience in managing budgets, activating risk plans, and managing treasury and finance
- Full knowledge of relevant regulations such as the Ministry of Commerce, Tax, and others.
- Ability to strategize and solve problems.
- Preparing financial reports and managing a team of accountants.
- Communicate with senior management, and analyze and present presentations.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, SOCPA, ACCA, or CMA.
