**Chief Financial Officer - Saudi Arabia**:
**Mobility is the goal****:
The Chief Financial Officer will act as the Finance Business Partner to the Managing Director of the Saudi country operations and will be responsible for directing and coordinating the financial activities and systems in accordance with the strategies and policies of Schindler while providing the right information, financing, and economic control to deliver the maximum return to the Company.

Principles Activities will be as follows:

- Provide and continue with high-quality, efficient, and reliable finance processes in the operating company.
- Provide support and analysis to line management to take proactive measures to ensure the achievement of financial and operational targets.
- Facilitate and provide all information requested by the KG and accurate and on-time financial data in the Group MIS.
- Provide meaningful information and analysis on time about actual and planning figures to properly manage the company at all levels.
- Ensure the protection of the assets by setting up an adequate internal control system.
- Ensure that all legal and fiscal obligations are met in a cost-efficient way, and in accordance with global norms.
- Ensure an optimal balance sheet structure at the operating company level.
- Ensure proper risk management as well as define together with the “OC/KG Head” and the Group, the Business Continuity Plans.

**Mobility needs you****:
**Education**:

- Formal academic qualification in finance management along with ACCA certifications.
- Post-graduate degree would be an advantage.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience as the head of financial controlling or head of finance.
- Exposure to industrial engineering and a multinational environment would be a preference.

Skills & Qualities:

- In-depth understanding of corporate finance, including taxation.
- An understanding of SAP reporting.
- Excellent presentation, analytical and communication skills.
- Strong cross-cultural awareness
