Parsons is now hiring a **Senior Stakeholder Manager **who can support a team of professionals overseeing every phase of large scale projects.

We need our Stakeholder Managers to be versatile as well as have exceptional communication, analytical and management skills. In this role you provide stakeholder management leadership and support for our entire team. You will recruit, interview, and evaluate prospective employees as well as hire, offer personnel development, conduct performance evaluations, counsel employees, takes corrective actions (as required), and approves terminations. One of your roles will include ensuring that new employees receive orientation on company policies and procedures.
**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develops and implements the program stakeholder management plans.
- Develops Standard operating procedures for the stakeholder management of the program and ensure that QIP delivers operational consistency across the program.
- Provides outreach oversight and provides coaching and guidance to the stakeholder management program activities concerning day to day performance of the work scope.
- Leads forming partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations impacted by the program.
- Responsible for oversight of all stakeholder management among our team.
- Responsible for stakeholder management of all external and third-party approvals.
- Responsible for working closely with QIC and delivery partners for integrated stakeholder management approaches, including authorities and any/all interested parties.
- Reports stakeholder management issues to the XSC Stakeholder Management Director and develops appropriate recommendations/ resolutions/mitigations as necessary.
- Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments.
- Interviews and selects personnel for assignment as required.
- Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals; provides training and development; completes performance evaluations, conducts employee counselling, takes corrective action as necessary.
- Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies and procedures.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
**4-year degree in a technical field or related field (or equivalent) and at least 10 years of related experience in stakeholder management.**
- SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required, both internal and external facing.
- Ability to work in teams. Ability to follow through. Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex stakeholder environment.
- Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.
- High-level understanding and appreciation of stakeholder management in complex stakeholder environments and within the major program sector, both internal and external, preferably within the KSA.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with an influence senior-level management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors.
- Excellent organization and follow through abilities.
- Excellent business judgement.
