Customer Success Account Manager

We are currently looking for a **Customer Success Account Manager** to join our dedicated team.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they achieve their travel goals while leveraging our platform effectively. Your focus will be on customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services. If you have a passion for empowering clients and possess strong negotiation and communication skills, you might be the perfect fit for our team
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, providing expert support and guidance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
- Understand each client's unique needs and objectives to tailor FlyAkeed's services accordingly.
- Proactively monitor client satisfaction and engagement metrics to ensure high levels of customer retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess progress and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, and product) to address client challenges and implement solutions.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building successful client relationships.
- Track record of driving customer success metrics and achieving account growth.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and experience analyzing customer data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is preferred.
