To be responsible for planning, implementing, and controlling the efficient and effective flow, storage and staging of materials, plant and equipment, people, services, and related information from point of origin to point of consumption for the purpose of supporting the main contractors deliver the permanent assets within the project. The logistics team consists of four sub-teams: planning and controls, delivery, operations and commercial.
