**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance with inquiries and requests.
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area by organizing and tidying up.
- Assist in coordinating guest services and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Resolve any complaints or issues that arise during the guest's visit in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient service experience.
- Provide information about local events, amenities, and services to enhance guests' visits.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality preferred.
- Proven experience in guest services or a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with guests effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle various situations with diplomacy and tact.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
