Senior Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Project Manager Director and Senior Management in the overall direction and management of assigned project contracts. This includes building and maintaining professional relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, other consultants and contractors as well as managing the overall project coordination and delivery in line with planned timelines and budgets.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Providing leadership in the management of masterplans and building specifications, pre-contract work, and internal/external relationships.
- Driving business and design changes while being agile and detail-oriented.
- Managing complex logistics issues and implementing urban planning strategies.
- Autonomously managing the day-to-day operations of the project.
- Detailing the future scope of services and managing against an approved budget and schedule.
- Driving performance improvement and promoting the professional development of team members.
- Building a high standard of professionalism, effective communication, and personal integrity within the team.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular standing meetings with internal teams and vendors/customers to plan and track deliverables**.**:

- Assess and streamline current operational processes and enhance project organization**.**:

- Creating, submitting, and tracking Capex documentation to ensure project delivery on time and within budget**.**:

- Managing internal project management processes, such as project summary reports**.**:

- Offer technical guidance on challenging projects and take charge in resolving issues as required**.**:

- Organize and lead stakeholder interactions and client presentations**.**:

- Engage with stakeholders, communicate project updates, and facilitate decision-making**.**:

- Solve critical path schedule items and support the Project Director in managing project risks and delays**.**:

- Assist in architectural design and provide equipment projections to procurement and partners**.**:

- Coordinate effective communication and information exchange between teams within the organization and individuals at all levels**.**:

- Take ownership and create innovative solutions as necessary**.**:

- Review and approve project designs with external consultants**.**:

- Ensure designs meet quality requirements through design quality assurance processes**.**:

- Challenge new boundaries in urban planning approaches to support resource preservation and sustainable growth while elevating high-quality living**.**:

- Implement regional and masterplans in an urban planning/infrastructure environment**.**:

- Manage a team of design engineers at various levels of experience**.**:

- Build consensus, work in a matrix structure, deliver performance and outcomes, and drive the professional and personal development of team**.**:

- Understands and develop the Client Project Brief, work breakdown structure, packaging of delivery packages and programming of works timeline.
- Ensure that all strategies and project deliverables for the project are comprehensively reviewed, with all design and constructability issues identified and resolved, through consultation with counterparts from the Project Design and Project Execution Office.
- Monitor the financial performance of a given area of activity versus budgets and ensure all activities are carried out in line with the approved guidelines while promptly reporting on any variances to management.
- Leads in the Development of the project delivery timeline for inclusion in the contract documentation.
- Monitors and reports to the Project Management Director and Higher Management within The LINE/NEOM, on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones and any conditions which would affect project cost or schedule. Supports or develops recommendations and action plans to resolve issues affecting or likely to affect the successful execution of the works.
- Change Management issues on projects, where required.
- Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
- Prepare required statements and reports timely and accurately to meet the department requirements, policies, and quality standards.
- Manage and report risks to ensure strict adherence to the agreed design timelines and develop a risk mitigation schedule as contingency, per project requirements.
- Provide inputs and implement policies, systems, and procedure for the assigned team so that all relevant procedural / legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
- Understands and leads in the prepa
