The Sr Principle Payroll Admin reports to the Payroll Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, timekeeping and payroll administration; filing, timesheet preparation, compiling and analyzing timesheet information. This position is an individual contributor role requiring basic knowledge in CB&I Storage Solutions markets, products, clients, and customers. This role directly reports to Sr. Manager, Accounting and routinely interacts with Finance, HR, and Operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate timesheet approvals with Supervisors/Managers of all Functions.
- Verify vacation balances against weekly and biweekly timesheets.
- Manage Citrix 401k Max report weekly
- Notify FSS when payroll is ready for processing
- Prepare the outgoing FSA File
- Prepare the outgoing HSA File
- Complete all Payroll action items in Peoplesoft system related to personnel changes (P38s).
- Prepare Certified Payroll Reports (20+ weekly) and send to Project Managers and Customers.
- Audit and upload Excel Timesheet for all field crews.
- Prepare following week’s Excel Timesheets and send to field supervision.
- Upload weekly incoming Benefits Administrator file.
- Enter Assignment Sheet information on Excel timesheet.
- Process any additional payments (Spot Bonus, Severance, Retention, etc.)
- Print, seal and mail all hourly checks/advices.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of Payroll experience required.
- Knowledge of JDE, Peoplesoft, Webtime Entry, Hubble, Citrix and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Prior experience in Certified Payrolls preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to meet work requirements within established timelines.
- Communicate effectively verbally, and in writing.
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Self-motivated.
