We’re looking for a **Product Manager** to join our **Courier and Delivery Experience team**, driving innovations that enhance courier delivery experiences while improving operational efficiency. This role requires strong product management and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and align product strategies with broader business goals, focusing on key metrics like courier engagement and satisfaction.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and refine a detailed backlog of user stories, participating in sprint planning and supporting development teams throughout the process.
- Drive the product development process, including roadmap, release planning, and product expertise, while collaborating with UX, design, and product management teams.
- Prioritize market and customer needs to deliver high-value product releases and support Go-To-Market teams for smooth feature launches.
- Foster innovation and enhance the omnichannel experience across internal and external stakeholders.

**Role Requirements**:

- **_5+ years in a similar role with expertise in courier services and delivery systems_**.
- Proficient in creating roadmaps based on company objectives, key metrics, and performance indicators.
- Experience with user behavior data collection, analysis, and statistical concepts (probability, distributions, variance).
- Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, effectively collaborating with internal teams and external partners while engaging confidently with leadership in high-visibility roles.
- Ability to work in global markets, understand local trends, and manage multicultural, distributed teams.
- Familiarity with mobile platforms, industry trends, and established best practices is desirable.
- Fluency in English; Russian and/or Arabic is a plus.
