Job Purpose:
Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Prepare budget forecasts.
- Manage all accounting transactions in the company ERP System.
- Monthly payroll finalization.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information in the company ERP System.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account.
- Maintains customer confidence by keeping financial information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor of Commerce degree from an accredited University.

**Training & Skills**:

- Accounting, Corporate Finance, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Reporting Research Results, SFAS Rules, Confidentiality, Time Management, Data Entry Management, General Math Skills, Excellent reading, speaking and written communication skills both English and Arabic, Driving skills.

**Experience**:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.

ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT:

- Reports to the Finance Manager.
- Reports on a dotted-line basis to the team manager for the team supported.
- Works closely and collaboratively with the technical team supported.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounts & MS Dynamics: 5 years (preferred)
