**Job Title**: Sales Engineer - Fit-out _(With Valid Driving License)_

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development**: Actively generate new business within the fit-out sector by identifying potential clients and key decision-makers.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- **Technical Support**: Provide accurate technical advice on fit-out products and solutions, tailored to each client's specific requirements.
- **Presentations & Proposals**: Prepare and deliver customized presentations and detailed proposals, including design options, specifications, pricing, and timelines.
- **Site Visits & Surveys**: Conduct on-site inspections to assess project scope, coordinate with project teams, and ensure accurate quotations.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify emerging opportunities.
- **Negotiation & Closing Sales**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients and successfully close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal teams including design, technical, and project management for smooth project execution.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture**, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the **fit-out or construction industry**.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Solid understanding of fit-out products, materials, and installation techniques.
- **Sales Competence**: Strong sales acumen, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple client accounts and project timelines simultaneously.
- **Technology**: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- **License**: Valid **KSA driving license** is mandatory.

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
