**Job Description**:
Make your mark as Superintendent international earthmoving by overseeing every phase of a major port expansion for the development of an innovative sustainable city in the Middle East, where you will have the opportunity to take on the day-to-day supervisor role. This is a great challenge if you want exciting projects, freedom of initiative, and the company of colleagues who laugh and work hard together - just like you.
You will be part of the remote area project, where you will stay with a lot of co-workers in a new accommodation facility for some considerable time with working in shifts according to a set roster. We need you on board for this mega project because you’ll know what’s required every day to achieve our goals. Success in completing this huge project can lead to a great career within Boskalis, with more international opportunities.

**Your responsibilities as a **superintendent international earthmoving are**
- Supervise daily management of all earthmoving equipment’s.
- Lead a team of 30 to 50 employees, mostly Operators and foremen.
- Carry out quality checks.
- Ensure work process efficiency.

**Your qualities**
You can make your mark as superintendent international earthmoving if you have:

- A technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or similar.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a supervisor or superintendent within the earthmoving sector.
- Experience with operating or knowledge of machines (dump trucks, excavators, shovels) themselves.
- A hands-on mentality along with the expertise and ability to enjoy managing an operational team of expats and locals.
- Flexibility: you can handle working in shifts and being in Middle east for a longer period.
- A good command of the English language.
