DISCPLINE: INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROL SYSTEMS
LOCATION: Jubail Saudi Arabia
DURATION: CONTRACT
SALARY: MARKET RELATED

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure all I & C construction contractor supervision and manpower are instructed in and comply with S-Chem HSE policies, site regulations, permit to work procedures and client requirements.
Participate and provide input to I&C concerns in constructability reviews when required.
Monitor I&C projects to insure they are completed on time.
Provide leadership to instrument leads along with monitoring and guiding all contractors and vendors.
Review IFA packages and provide feedback to the PM for necessary changes/additions/etc.
Review and monitor the availability of drawings, specifications, job instructions, material deliveries, and tools applicable to the discipline and area of work.
Participate in contractor safety meetings to promote and reinforce safe work behaviors striving to meet the company's journey to zero.
Review the contractors work to ensure quality aspects of the work within their assigned areas and for ensuring construction contractors complete their work in accordance with the project schedule.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
Leadership and interpersonal skills, effective communication, proficiency in Microsoft office ,coordination, able to read and interpret P&ID's, ILD's, Loop drawings, and wiring diagrams,self-starter,8 plus years in Instrumentation.
B E degree or equivalent (i.e., Professional Certification) in Offshore.
