The Role
**Requirements**:
- 4 Year degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. - Proven experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems, preferably in the oil and gas industry. - Proficiency in using industry-specific software and tools for control system design and programming. - Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues. - In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to instrumentation and control systems. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
